The clocks go back one hour on October 25th to mark the end of British Summer Time.

To help your little one adjust to the new time, you can move their routine forward by an hour though the coming week.

Start this weekend and gradually move their nap times, meal times and bedtime forward by fifteen minutes every couple of days.

Don’t worry if you are unable to start this weekend - any change will make it easier for them. You can always continue to move their routine after the clock change, until their body clock has adjusted.
